Charlotte is a new artist from the Whitehorse Boroondara area who chose Radio Ga Ga as the place to make her radio debut internationally. During that program (24 August 2008), we received emails from a number of listeners including one from Seattle and one from Atlanta commenting on her exceptional talent.
